Meizu Pro 7 and Meizu Pro 7 Plus, which are the much awaited Meizu flagship smartphones of 2017 have now finally revealed in China.

You must be wondering what is different in these devices provided by Meizu?
From all the Flagship’s in the market this phone has Dual Display – one large display on the front and a small display at the back just below the dual-cameras. You must be thinking that dual display is not a new thing now a days as we have seen smartphones like YotaPhone and LG V series with such additions. However, you must know that this is the first time a smartphone maker has added dual AMOLED displays to any device and also second display is at back of the device which is a new initiative.

In design, both the devices have similar look. However, the Pro 7 Plus sports a larger display and better hardware. Fingerprint sensor comes in the front under the display in both the devices while the back has brushed metallic finish.
Both Smartphones have Dual-Rear Camera Setup and right below cameras there is the Secondary Display. The Volume rockers and the Power button is on the right side of the smartphones.

The major highlight of the smartphones are the dual screens which display information like notifications, weather, time, music and more. The second screen can be also used for taking selfies with phones’ rear cameras. Both the phones have a 1.9-inch secondary Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 307ppi.
he display is a full-color display and opens up a range of possibilities for the user like accessing notifications, clicking selfies with the rear camera, and more. Some of the functions the rear display will be used for highlighted by Meizu are weather, clock, notifications, simple gaming as well as photography

Both the smartphones are set to go up for sale in China starting August 5 and the smaller Pro 7 will be priced at RMB 2,880 (approximately Rs 27,500) for the base variant whereas the 128GB/4GB storage option comes for RMB 3,380 (approximately Rs 32,300). Meizu Pro 7 Plus, on the other hand, is priced at RMB 3,580 (approximately Rs 34,200) for the base variant and RMB 4,080 (approximately Rs 39,000) for the more advanced version.
Both the variants also come in different color options with the Pro 7 in black, gold and red options while the Pro 7 Plus in space black, matte black, amber gold and crystal silver. It is unclear if Meizu will announce the smartphones for an international launch.
